Nose

Bubblegum? A malty syrup thing going on too.

Palate

Bubblegum is big on the palate. Almost a bit of cotton candy. A little apple in there, some malic acidity. Bitterness comes in and the sweetness/bubblegum flavor fade as it warms up. Not a ton of citrus or orange flavors.

Finish

Light tinge of that characteristic wheat ale sweetness lingers - almost like a hint of aspartame (not as artificial though). Also, surprisingly a hint of bitterness comes up and lingers longer than anything. Nothing crazy, and it’s a nice counter to the sweetness.
